Filters: time, geography, source, confidence, sphere, variable, Intelligence Object type, relationship type, sentinel. OneNetwork publishing uses ONENETWORK_API_URL, ONENETWORK_API_KEY, ONENETWORK_SENTINEL_ID=haze and ONENETWORK_NETWORK_SLUG. Failed publishes remain in a local outbox.
